How it works

Our program stages a structured 3-tier roadmap that gives everyone the best chance to be the grand winner

1

Open Auditions

Participants audition in their regions before independent judges.

2

Regional (Zonal) Showcases

Top talents from each region perform at zonal showcases.

3

3. National Finale

Outstanding talents advance to a national stage for final assessment and recognition.

All stages follow the same judging standards nationwide

How Judging Works

Regional / Zonal Stage

Participants are assessed by zonal panels comprising qualified practitioners, traditional leaders and faith leaders, ensuring community relevance, cultural context and impact are properly considered.

National Stage

Finalists are evaluated by an independent national panel of industry experts and institutional representatives, based on impact, viability and scalability

Public Participation

Public voting may be used to encourage engagement or special recognition, but final outcomes are determined by professional judges.
